It's just that a lot of websites I've been to has something like this, where they say "introduce yourself here and make friends" or something like that, but it doesn't really work and most often than not you end up making friends by yourself through communications/interacting and whatnots. I doubt you can just make friends by saying "I wanna make friends" cause you may appear desperate sometimes, but I just decided to give it a go anyway. Cause you may never know.
